When importing a vehicle into Mozambique, you will need the following documents:

  • Circulation permit
  • Pre-declaration through Customs

When importing a dog or cat into Mozambique, they will need to have the following documentation:

  • Health certificate (from origin country)
  • Pre-declaration through Customs
  • Rabies Inoculation Certificate

The following is tax and duty free for any customer, with the exception of alcohol and tobacco which are prohibited to passengers under 18-years-old:

  • 400 cigarettes or 250 grams of tobacco
  • 1 liter of spirits and 2.25 liters of wine
  • 50 milliliters of perfume
  • Total cost of belongings must not exceed $200 USD
