Ronnie is awesome. He kept me up to date as he worked out little kinks in the delivery. Communication is so important and he was very good at that. These items were made by my grandfather — they are worth nothing but priceless to me. Ronnie made me feel like they were just as important to him. I would recommend your company to anyone. Thanks so much!

I would like to take this opportunity to sincerely thank you and and express my appreciation for the way you and your team have supported and facilitated my international move in its initial stages. First of all, I would like to thank you for your personal attention with my shipment and the requirements.
Thomas Henry Fraser
Very polite, trustworthy and professional company! Cargo arrived even as the Covid19 was closing everything down.
Thomas Colantuono
This is my second move and world class service and very competitive prices are why I came back. From the sales rep to the delivery crew everyone was friendly, very responsive, and professional. I’ll be using International again when I return to the states.
Sanjay Achharya
Very cooperative, hardworking, polite crew. Appreciated working with you.

This was the easiest and most professional service, I was so nervous about moving internationally but everything was handled and moved in perfect condition with no stress at all!
Richard Riskin
It was a pleasure working with your crews. The move was particularly difficult, involving two apartments, and international shipping, and took two full days. The men’s attitude was terrific, and even when they got tired, they were on top of the job. There was an inordinate amount of packing and lifting and we were in the middle of a heat wave; a very hard job, and a really terrific group of men I’d be happy to recommend. Also John, it’s been a pleasure doing business with you beginning with your initial visit to do the estimate.

In any move, whether it’s around the block or half way around the world, problems big and small always crop up. When you put your move in someone else’s hands, this can be especially true. But my experience, moving from the USA to Ecuador, has been handled professionally, with great communication, immediate attention to problems, etc., by a great shipping company, International Sea & Air Shipping.
Lori and Sean
We had a wonderful experience with our move from the US to Ireland. The entire team was very supportive and helpful through the process.
Thank you so much.Lesley Paul
It was a pleasure dealing with Jeanine. Her knowledge and helpful comments made my move worry free. Communication with the destination agent could have been better. Luckily I had Jeanine on the US side to smooth out that. Keep up the good work.

Most everything went smoothly. The folks who picked up my shipment in Tallahassee were not the smartest folks and I ended up with things tagged on the inside of the containers instead of the outside where we could see them, but otherwise all was well. The folks here in Denmark were very good about keeping me in the loop and did a great job of getting my boxes up and into the apartment with the COVID-19 virus in full swing. Thanks for all your assistance.
Kevin John Obarski
Everything was amazing. I would recommend to others 100% that they use your services….. Thank you to everyone who helped us AVI, Marina, Hector, Ronnie. All were the very best…

Overall it was a great experience, and I would definitely recommend ISAS to anyone. My only feedback is that at times I had difficulty understanding the billing. I would have liked to see a more clear series of invoices and running totals & descriptions of what was owed for which services at any given time, especially since we had to store the goods for an extended period of time. The individuals I interacted with were all first rate and professional.
Thank you for making a very stressful process much easier!John ,Heidi, Mr.Smee & Tiko( parrots)
Just a short message to let you know our shipment arrived safe and sound this morning. I cannot express the feeling of relief on behalf of my wife and myself that this is over with so little worries. The whole operation went like like clockwork and with the assistance of your agents in Panama , who I have passed on my comments, We are extremely pleased with your service and would be pleased to recommend your company to any friends/people considering removals to Panama.

We were lucky enough to call International Sea & Air and was transferred to Hillary. You can’t imagine how fortunate you are to have Hillary at the other end of the phone to answer all your questions and, most importantly, help you to stay calm.
Jasmine Loney
I am very pleased with the services provided by your company. Marina was particularly helpful and very patient when I was struggling to understand some of the process when the shipment arrived at the destination. She answered all my questions and made me feel very comfortable. Everyone I spoke to was helpful and courteous and the guys who came to pack were great! My things arrived safely and in perfect condition.
Thanks for your good work!!!J. Marsh

“Our stuff arrived this morning.
Thank you both for dealing with my clear materialism. Hard to live without one’s things for two months. I never realized. You go kind of loopy! Start dreaming of your fancy dishes you once had in NYC.
You guys are a fantastic company and team. You will be highly recommended by me.
Have a wonderful weekend.”Francis Pagnani
Very professional workers. No wasted time and pleasant personalities.

Thank you for making a stressful time a little easier. When the driver opened the container in front of our apartment it looked exactly like it was when it was sealed by your associates in Atlanta. Muito obrigado!
Danial Rose
Top notch. Everyone that I dealt with, both in the US and the UK, was professional and incredibly helpful.

Hi John,
I just wanted to let you know that Naom, Juan and the rest of the crew did a wonderful job packing our things last Tuesday. They worked nonstop and even if it was getting late and we had to make the second stop, they maintained a cheerful and calm attitude. They were very efficient too, with some of the guys loading onto the van when it arrived and the rest continuing to pack. It was quite tiring just to watch them, but I felt very confident that they knew what to do.Cicely Hand
I can’t say enough about the great customer service that I received from International Sea & Air Shipping. I got 4 quotes for shipping our personal items to France and decided on International Air and Shipping because of their competitive bid and the great reviews I read. The sales representative, Guy Benes answered all my questions and once the paperwork was signed, handed me off to my move coordinator, Jeanine Berrios.
Carlo Roberts
Hi Boaz, Hi Jeanine.
I wanted to thank you guys. Everything arrived in perfect condition, the movers on both ends were great, and the price was exactly what you told me it would be. I really appreciate it.
All the best to you both, and thanks again for all your help.Britta Leverentz
Thank you for a smooth service and for following up on conversations and questions, even between different languages and agents, and with my minimum size quantity of items. I have not yet unpacked everything, but overall the items seem to be in rather good shape. Loading and unloading went both very smoothly. I would recommend your international moving services.

I’m very pleased with the service, communication and clarification of any questions I had. Kudos to the entire team including my first point of contact Hillary who was superb. Jeanine and the rest of the staff. I would highly recommend International Sea & Air Shipping and look forward to working with your company again in the future.

Despite the unwarranted complaining of the building management staff I want to say that of the seven major moves that my wife and I have made the crew who moved us out on Friday was the best we have experienced. They were courteous, efficient and very hard working . It was a pleasure to share their company. Nothing was a problem. The results of some of their packing were works of art!! Please convey to the entire team our thanks and satisfaction for a job extremely well done.
Ben & Mary Lamberton
These guys were wonderful, First rate people.

Very accommodating & careful; Good attention to detail.

I am very grateful for your multi-layered help and realise I was a rather clueless customer. I wonder if you should have insisted earlier on in the process on me paying more attention to the legal requirements; supplying ID, legal documents and registration etc. I was too inattentive and frankly traumatised by the move to pay sufficient attention to these till it was too late and I was doing it all at the same time rather than in a timely manner.
Anne Leary
arina and Hillary,
I wanted to drop you a quick THANK YOU note……our household goods delivery went exceptionally well. Of interest, the move-in crew was the same one that packed us up–a year of so, ago. Nice to have them remember us and nice to have such an outstanding team help us move in to our new home.
