Most everything went smoothly. The folks who picked up my shipment in Tallahassee were not the smartest folks and I ended up with things tagged on the inside of the containers instead of the outside where we could see them, but otherwise all was well. The folks here in Denmark were very good about keeping me in the loop and did a great job of getting my boxes up and into the apartment with the COVID-19 virus in full swing. Overall it was a great experience, and I would definitely recommend ISAS to anyone. My only feedback is that at times I had difficulty understanding the billing. I would have liked to see a more clear series of invoices and running totals & descriptions of what was owed for which services at any given time, especially since we had to store the goods for an extended period of time. The individuals I interacted with were all first rate and professional.

They worked nonstop and even if it was getting late and we had to make the second stop, they maintained a cheerful and calm attitude. They were very efficient too, with some of the guys loading onto the van when it arrived and the rest continuing to pack. It was quite tiring just to watch them, but I felt very confident that they knew what to do.

Despite the unwarranted complaining of the building management staff I want to say that of the seven major moves that my wife and I have made the crew who moved us out on Friday was the best we have experienced. They were courteous, efficient and very hard working . It was a pleasure to share their company. Nothing was a problem. The results of some of their packing were works of art!! I am very grateful for your multi-layered help and realise I was a rather clueless customer. I wonder if you should have insisted earlier on in the process on me paying more attention to the legal requirements; supplying ID, legal documents and registration etc. I was too inattentive and frankly traumatised by the move to pay sufficient attention to these till it was too late and I was doing it all at the same time rather than in a timely manner.
